I have not had a one-on-one meeting with my direct manager for almost 4 months.

Management is great, but most of the time it is difficult working with them because they are way overtasked. We have a very tight team culture, but with COVID and other logistical issues, we have lost our abilities as a team to gather and build relationships, as well as moral. I have been pulled in many different directions to help different areas either due to lack of support or miscommunication with the coordination team, or lack of attention from the coordinators. Have been in the field as a service rep for over 6 years now.
