We can't connect to the activation service. We can't activate office due to network issues. This is happening on Windows 10 machines, as well as Windows 7 Pro machines. So, the big question is "Why do license verifications / product activations fail?" -What is it that process needs, that my machines aren't doing/providing? And most importantly, how the heck do I fix it!? All other services, devices, etc are working properly on our network. This is the ONLY thing I can point to as not working. (It does not save the file “resetlog.txt” -I wanted to check for the netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt ß This command generates 1 failure * Access Denied*.net localgroup Administrators localservice /add.We use the logs generated here to identify the reason?) Runs to the end, and then says could not activate (Can.Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) > Office 365 > I Installed Office 365, Deactivate installation in Portal, Reinstall Office 365

The status of the license in Office 365 portal I have gone through LOTS of troubleshooting steps: All of my users are getting notices at the top of their office software saying (unlicensed product). In a nutshell, our Office 365 products are not activating. So I'm reaching out here, because the $500 it takes to talk to MS doesn't really guarantee any results -and my experience with them does not make me confident that it'll get us answers.
I just exhausted support through MS Office 365, and their final word is that this is out of their scope.
